Booking Appointments

We recommend that you book your appointments in advance, giving as much notice as possible.
We now require a 40% booking fee to hold all appointments. When making future appointments you will be asked to pay a booking fee, if you are using a gift voucher you must supply the gift voucher number as your booking fee.
Please note: If you need to change or cancel your booking please give us 24 hours notice and your deposit will be refunded,

KIDS POLICY

This is YOUR time and being mindful of this, we have a minimum age of 16 years old allowed in the salon. To guarantee comfort to all our clients, we do not allow children to wait in reception or accompany you to the treatmentroom. This is to keep noise levels in the salon at a minimum. Failure to follow this policy will result in your appointment needing to be rescheduled and will result in a late cancellation fee.

LATENESS, LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW POLICY

Your appointments are important to us and to make sure you get the best experience possible; we would appreciate it if you could arrive 10 minutes prior to treatment time to enable you to relax and unwind whilst familiarising yourself with our surroundings. We do require clients to fill out medical/consultation cards. It is important that you advise us of any allergies or medical issues, or pregnancy, before your arrival as in some cases, treatments may require doctors approval before we can carry them out.

If you arrive late for your appointment, please remember that your service will end at the original time and full treatment cost will be charged.

We understand that sometimes things happen, if you need to alter your appointment we request that 24 hours notice is provided. Failure to do so will result in the full treatment cost being charged unless we can refill the appointment.

Please note that failure to appear for an appointment or cancelling on the same day will result in the treatment being charged at 100%

PRICING POLICY

If our salon pricing needs to be increased, we will notify you here of any changes. The increased price will then apply at your next appointment.

PRODUCTS AND VOUCHERS

We have a wide range of products available for purchase in the salon; the perfect present for a loved one or even yourself to recreate that salon experience at home!

Gift vouchers are also an amazing present and are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Please note that vouchers cannot be used for sport massage treatments available in the salon.

Gift vouchers cannot be refunded or returned, nor do we accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers. We cannot accept the voucher number without the barcode.

PATCH TESTING POLICY

You must get a patch test 48 hours before receiving any of the following treatments: tinting, spray tanning, HD Brows, HD Brow Sculpt, lash extensions, lash lifts, microblading, facial sugaring and Image facial/peels.

Patch tests stay valid for 6 months. If you have not returned to us within a 6 month period for the same treatment, then a patch test will need to be done again. If you change medication or have changes in your medical histroy, in some cases we will need to redo the patch test. Please understand that this is done out of concern for your own safety and to prevent unwanted reactions occurring.

COVID-19 TREATMENT POLICY

If you have had COVID-19 or received a COVID-19 vaccine or booster within the last two weeks, we can only treat you for a nail file and paint, manicure, pedicure and Shellac nail treatments. If you are booked in for any other treatment, you must contact the salon.

If you have had COVID-19 for the first time or your first COVID-19 vaccine since your last appointment, please call the salon if your appointment is for any of the following treatments as a patch test will need to be redone: tinting, spray tanning, HD Brows, HD Brow Sculpt, lash extensions, lash lifts, microblading, facial sugaring and Image facials/peels.

MEDICAL POLICY

You will be required to complete a consultation form at your first visit, or before a new treatment is carried out. A repeat consent form must be signed at each appointment to ensure there are no medical changes since your last visit.  This is to ensure we are able to carry out your treatment in accordance to your current state of health and medication program. Before booking any appointments you must contact us, to let us know if you are under the care of a doctor or dermatologist or if you are currently on any medication, changed medications, are pregnant or trying to become pregnant, as it may impact the treatment you have booked. 

WHAT TO WEAR

For your spray tan appointment, please wear loose, dark clothing. We will provide disposable underwear for tanning and massage body treatments. All clients will be required to wear underwear/swimwear during treatments otherwise the treatment will not be carried out.

For pedicure or file and paint on your toes, please wear or bring flipflops or sandals.
